Assessments Professional Solutions, Inc (PSI) offers a variety of assessments or behavioral style analyses. Each tool offers valuable information and can be administered on an individual basis or to a group/department. The results of the assessments will provide insight into communication and interpersonal issues. Most of the assessments are administered on-line with personal access codes prior to training, which saves valuable training time on the day of the workshop. The tools take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and are simple to use. The results are confidential and will be analyzed and interpreted by a PSI authorized and certified trainer. The PSI trainer will share the participant’s results individually. A summary report with the overall results will be presented to management and/or as a group activity. The Conflict Dynamics Profile®
is a 360-degree feedback instrument which assesses effective
and non-effective responses to workplace conflict and
identifies causes of interpersonal conflict. The instrument
is for individuals who want (or need) to understand how they
manage and cope with conflict and how their actions are
interpreted by others. Unlike most conflict instruments on
the market which examine styles, the CDP
focuses exclusively on the behaviors people
typically display when faced with conflict.

Myers Briggs Type Indicator® MBTI® identifies 16 personality types and discusses the communication strengths and weaknesses of these types. The MBTI® tool has a wide range of applications that promote personal and professional growth and development.
